Regular Classes and Groups at The Little Theatre
Sunday Shesh
Sunday Sesh is part Dance Club, part Kareoke and part Open Mic. It provides a space for our community to enjoy two hours of dancing singing and entertainment with friends. The premise is ‘dance and sing like nobody is watching’, as community members can let go of any inhibitions, enjoy voice and movement to music and work up a sweat on the dance floor, in a welcoming, supportive and safe space.
Bar is open for surprise cocktails, wine, beer softdrinks and nibbles

No – its not naughty!
This series of workshops will build confidence and skills whilst exploring your inner – and outer feminine energies.
Workshops for the very beginner, for every size, shape and age to ensure a safe, fun atmosphere. There are two classes – one for beginners and one for those who wish to perform and be part of a dance troupe.
Traditionally, burlesque has been a type of variety show that is both provocative and comedic. It features a female chorus and solo dances, plus bawdy, slapstick skits and songs. And yes, it may feature striptease acts, but not necessarily- and certainly no nakedness! This is about the art of teasing, provocation and pure feminine playfulness.
Be Beautiful Dance ( Ladies 16+)
Be your version of beautiful as you discover your femininity through dance. Group members take turns at being the facilitator (when and where they are comfortable), leading small activities and dance routines. Activities are a group effort with contributions from each woman as she feels comfortable to share. From time to time, there are themed weeks depending on the groups desires ( bellydance to bootscoot, to rock and roll, to salsa to line dance)
We meet at Stanthorpe Little Theatre on a Thursday evenings from 5.30 till 6.30 pm.
Ladies are welcome to wear what makes them feel comfortable to move on stage and to music with.

Bro-Lesque Men 18+
Bro-lesque is a class mixing elements of movement, support group, flexibility training with a good measure of inner and outer strength building.
Facilitated by dance crew leader, Abe Teebz Bent, classes will be combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation, exploring and celebrating masculinity.
Bro-Lesque is based on a mix of hip hop and modern day neo-burlesque performance styles, where men step out of the strict ‘societal norms’ to do something seemingly sexual or risque where in fact it is just bros being bros.
✊🏻BROLESQUE✊🏾 more than a workshop This is the beginning of a movement.
